Société Anonyme Marocaine de l’Industrie du Raffinage (SAMIR) is one of the largest companies operating in Morocco and owns the sole refinery of the country. The refinery located at Mohammedia, on the Atlantic coast, about 30 km north east of Casablanca.
Crude oil distillation and Kerosene treatment units will have a yearly capacity of 4 million tons and 600 thousand tons respectively.
With this Project, the new unit of crude oil distillation (CDU-4) will feed the entries of recently completed Upgrade Project.
Tekfen's scope of work include detailed engineering for civil works, purchasing of civil, steel structure,painting, insulation material, construction works including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, painting, insulation, fabrication of steel structures, pipe spools and pipe supports and assistance to precommisioning, commisioning, start up and performance tests.
Main Project Work Volumes (Estimated):
