Harweel Cluster Phase II, the inaugural contract of Tekfen in The Sultanate of Oman is an EPC development scheme of Petroleum Development Oman.

The main contractor being Petrofac International, Tekfen has undertaken detail engineering and construction works of 168 km of 14 carbon steel (6" to 18" dia.) and corrosion resistant alloy (14" & 16" dia.) flow lines, trunk lines and main pipeline system for gas and oil.
