The New Management Office of Socar, is a 40-storey (2 basement Floor & 38 above ground floors), 200 m tall high rise building (100.000 m² GFA) consisting of office spaces and lounges on the towerandconference rooms, cafeteria, restaurant and fitness clubon the podium which can be operated separately after business hours. The project is located along Heydar Aliyev Avenue, which is one of the main roads to connecting the citycenter area to the international airport of Baku. The location of the project gives strong impression tovisitors coming to Baku.

Tekfen Construction and Installation Co., Inc. Undertook the project on cost plus fixed fee basis, and the works started after the notice to proceed issued on 01/07/2010, planning the complete the project within a period of 32 months.
